Client Services
Our client services manager is the first point of contact for our clients at reception. Not only is this person responsible for the day to day running of reception, but also management of the word processing pool to ensure our lawyers are able to deliver the standards we promise. Our client services manager is totally committed to client service and supports our team to deliver excellence in meeting our clients' expectations.
Administration
Our administration team is made up of two highly energetic and motivated members who are integral in the smooth running of the entire office. These roles are generally an entry level into the office where team members gain valuable experience working in the legal industry and office operations such as faxing, filing, reception and general office support. This time spent in administration allows team members to gain an insight into effective systems and processes which can lead to a position in a client services or junior paralegal role.
Finance

Finance Manager
The finance team is responsible for running and maintaining general bookkeeping, accounting and tax obligations for our firm. The team is managed by a finance manager with extensive experience and knowledge in running the finance side of a law firm. To assist with the day to day processing functions, our finance manager is supported by a finance assistant who is responsible for processing cheques, receipts, invoices, payments to suppliers, banking etc. Our finance team is also responsible for the financial reporting of the firm including submission of financial reports to management and external parties (ie our accountants, bank and the ATO), payroll and investments.
Management

General Manager
Our management team’s responsibilities are broad and therefore require extensive management experience, particularly in the legal industry. The role involves implementation of systems and procedures covering every aspect of the firm’s operation. The management team oversee total operation of the firm including finance, team development, business development and strategic planning.
To support our desire for best practice, we need to utilise our legal software system (LawMaster) to its fullest potential. Court forms, legal documents and general correspondence need to be continually updated and maintained to ensure an efficient workflow for our lawyers. Regular liaising with our lawyers is crucial to help them best utilise our technology.
