Keith has over 20 years experience in house and land conveyancing. During this time he has forged strong relationships with local Real Estate Agents and Financiers who often call on Keith to answer their conveyancing questions. He also has a strong client base.
Keith is also responsible for the smooth management and the day to day running of the conveyancing team.
Carolyn Pohlner
Conveyancing Client Manager
Carolyn has over 24 years experience in conveyancing and still approaches each contract with enthusiasm and a willingness to help her clients achieve their desired outcome.
It is evident that Carolyn provides her clients with a high level of customer service by the number of repeat clients that continue to engage her for their property transactions.
Carolyn's extensive knowledge plays a vital role when it comes to the production of information guides for the conveyancing team. She is a qualified Justice of the Peace and a valued member of our team.
Katie Owens
Conveyancing Client Manager
Katie is a part of our residential conveyancing team and assists clients with buying and selling properties.
Through her experience in conveyancing she can guide her clients through the conveyancing process smoothly. Katie provides clear communication to her clients and if an obstacle does arise that could affect settlement, Katie will keeps clients fully informed on how and when it will be resolved.
Katie is also a qualified Justice of the Peace.
Natalie Gosper

Natalie joined our conveyancing team in February 2008 after managing her own business in Melbourne. The experience of managing her own business has provided Natalie with the ability to identify her clients' needs and the importance of providing excellence in client service. She provides essential support to our conveyancers through her assistance with administrative tasks including the updating and management of files.
Natalie is passionate about conveyancing and is continually expanding her knowledge in the area as well as communicating regularly with her clients and keeping them informed on the progress of their transaction.
John Massey

John joined the team in September 2008 after completing a Law degree at Bond University. John has 13 years experience in sales in 'big business' and strives to provide a level of service second to none. John believes in the importance of building and maintaining long term business relationships.
John's interests include his family, his hobby farm, sporting pursuits and his daughter's horse-related activities.
